I work on the development team for CIM | Chartered Managers Canada, a professional body that grants the Chartered Manager (C.Mgr.) designation.
The Challenge
CIM has several membership designation tiers, each with different application requirements and approval steps. They also needed event registration, content management, and a way to give members exclusive access to academic journals and professional development resources.
My Role
I handle work across the membership platform, multi-tier application workflows, automated renewal reminders, event registration, CMS features, and gated access to academic resources for verified members.
