I worked on the development team for the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI), the national organization for education and advocacy in the condominium community.
The Challenge
CCI has regional chapters across the country, each with their own events, resources, and members. The platform needed to support this structure while still feeling like a single cohesive site, with a resource library, event management, and tiered membership levels that require custom application forms for advanced designations.
My Role
I handled work across chapter-based content management, the resource library, event listings, membership portal workflows, and custom application processes for advanced member types.
